Features
WeeklyReports has been developed by foster carers for foster carers. The end goal has been to allow foster carers to produce high quality reports to protect them, their families and the children they care for.
Multiple records per day
Life happens all the time and everywhere – our app allows records to be entered easily wherever and whenever things are actually happening
TIMESTAMPED
Every record is timestamped to show that it was written at or near the time of the event. Contemporary records are much more accurate – none of us can remember what happened last Tuesday!
Secure Storage
The best records in the world are of no value if they can’t be easily accessed. We provide easily accessible secure online storage so that when you need them you’ll have them.
Photos
Adding photos is as easy as adding recordings. A photo is a great way of reinforcing the accuracy of your records and so adds to their value.
Secure Sharing
One of the purposes of making recordings is to share with your fostering service. If your service agrees our system allows you to automatically share your recordings securely with selected social workers.
Private
As soon as a record is entered it is made private behind Face ID or a pin code making sure that prying eyes don’t get to see sensitive data.
Security
While keeping accurate contemporary records is the key to protecting foster carers and their families from allegations it is also essential that these records are kept secure. Zergles LLP is an ISO27001 audited company.

All the records you create are accessible at our secure online portal.
Accessibility
Our secure online portal is a single storage solution that is accessible at all times. By keeping their own records foster carers can determine how long and for what purposes they retain the records.
Coming Soon
We will shortly be adding tags to records to allow easy searching for entries based on category e.g. health appointments, family time etc.
